Weightlifting classes are monthly contract only and we accept cash or bank transfers.

Strength and Intro to Barbell classes are PAYG only, and you can Book (and pay) online.

PT needs to be paid for in advance. Any cancellation/rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged the full price of the session.



£15 — per session (Strength; Intro to Barbells for women only)


£90 — 2 sessions a week
£110 — 3 sessions a week


Personal Training - Olympic Weightlifting or Strength

One-to-one: £40— per hour/£360— Block of 10

2 lifters, 1 coach: £50— per hour/£450— Block of 10

Block of 10 must be used within 10 weeks
