START LIFTING

Simply choose the type of training you are interested in from the list below and complete the associated form and we will get back to you. Please note that you will be asked to take at least one personal training session before joining the Olympic weightlifting classes, even if you have weightlifting experience. If you’re a complete beginner, your coach will decide when you’re ready to progress to a class. For most people this is 2 or 3 sessions.
