Olympic weightlifting classes are PAYG or monthly contract (non-refundable), and you MUST be approved before you can join. Get started here!

Strength classes are PAYG or a block of 5 for the price of 4, and you can book and pay online.

  • Strength Circuits

  • Intro to Strength Training


Weightlifting Group Training

  • PAYG

  • Coached, monthly, 2 sessions a week

  • Coached, monthly, 3 sessions a week


Personal Training - Olympic Weightlifting or Strength

  • One-to-one

  • Dual PT: 2 lifters, 1 coach

    We can also accommodate other small groups - just ask!
