How to Approach Iron Sessions


'There are several ways to address your training. One way is to set goals and go for them. But whatever goals you pursue, in some way you already know them, so why spend the next 365 days trying to attain what you already know?

Another way is to allow that which you do not know happen to you. Things that you have never thought you would be able to achieve. Only then will your training be powerful.

Instead of setting goals for the whole year, just be in each training session, enjoying it.'
